You are free to use any image on this site to download for a screen saver or comping purposes. You may not print the images out for display purposes. Otherwise, you may not copy, distribute, download or exploit the content on this website, or use it for any other purpose.
Our standard shipping is via United States Postal Service registered insured Air Mail or Federal Express 2nd day air. Please contact us should you wish a different method of shipment or would like to use your own courier number (there is an option for this in the shipping information drop down box in the checkout page).

You will see a total calculation for shipping & handling before you checkout and before your credit card is charged. You cannot use PO Boxes in your shipping address for USPS or FedEx shipments. Be sure to include any applicable Suite, Room, Apartment or Floor numbers/descriptions.
Your print(s) will usually go out within 7-10 days of order receipt, based on travel schedule and other orders pending. For current (always up to date) time to shipment, see above. Your artwork will be handled with as much care as possible, and will be shipped to you safely and securely, well wrapped and protected.
As soon as your purchase is shipped, we will email you the shipping date and tracking number.
Foreign shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the country to which they are sent. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle any customs questions or to settle any official actions taken as a result of an attempt to deliver the order. Customer is responsible for all applicable duty and taxes.
Print Loss/Damage:
All prints are sent via insured trackable shipping means. Should you receive a damaged print (or not receive the print at all), please contact us immediately so we may begin a claim.
We offer a 15 day (from time of receipt of prints) money back guarantee. Print(s) must be returned in original condition, by insured trackable means, at the client's cost to:

Refund will be given within 10 days of receipt of print(s) by the same means the order was initially paid for.
Original shipping charges (and any applicable bank wire charges) the client initially paid, will not be refunded. Only the full purchase price of the print(s) will be refunded.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Each image is printed on archival paper with pigmented ink (for in depth information on printing methods click here) and limited in edition size. The prints are numbered, signed and then printed with the location and/or title on the front, below the image.
The structure of each edition is such that, as the edition sells out, the prices for subsequent prints increase. Each image is strictly limited to a total edition number of 60 prints, broken down as follows:
13x19 inches: limited to 50 prints

There are two different types of posters available:
Commercial posters (printed by a commercial publisher by standard offset printing methods), can be found online from such sites as: allposters.com or art.com. Signed posters can also be purchased through us (posters purchased through allposter.com or art.com are not signed and less expensive than purchasing directly through us).
The Africa series sell for $45 each, signed. The poster and matted print of the yellow Caddy from Cuba is out of print and there are only a few left. They are $55 each, signed.
Exclusive posters are available (as the term would indicate) exclusively through us. They are short run posters printed digitally, usually at a very small quantity per run (25-50), whereas the commercially printed posters are printed at a 1,000-3,000 quantity per run.
Because of the very small print runs, the exclusive posters are much more expensive to produce and therefore cost more. They are $125.00 each, signed

Each print comes matted out to the final sizes indicated above. The mats used are museum white, four-ply, archival safe and pH neutral. The mats will be bevel cut with approximately a one-inch opening around the actual image. Framing and glass are customer's responsibility.

Be certain your billing information exactly matches the information on your credit card statement. Incorrect information (in particular the address and zip) will cause your card to decline and your order may be delayed. If a card is declined and you do not reply to our email or phone call within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled.
Please allow up to 10 days for domestic checks to clear and up to 4 weeks for checks drawn on non-US banks to clear.
Institutions will be invoiced net 30 days, with a signed purchase order. A 50% deposit will be required for large orders.
Sales tax for all California residents is included. Sales tax is not applicable to sales outside California.
Online credit card purchases are done so through our secure server, using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the most advanced encryption technology available, to transmit your request. Additionally, we do NOT store your credit card number in our database. We feel that the inconvenience of you having to type it in again for future orders is worth the security of knowing that your credit card information is safe.
